There is no room service or kitchen to order from.
Check In was cumbersome - one of the hotel staff was continuously saying I have to settle the bill since they have not received the funds from Trip.com and that they will refund me once the funds have cleared - this even after Trip.com verified with the Hotel Staff Supervisor that payment was done.

As always, we choose Caledon Spa as our getaway for two, we enjoy the hot springs, the cool pool and of course the lovely walk around the grounds. I would like to see some upgrade to the rooms though, especially the bathroom, which hasnt changed in the 20 years we have been visiting there, The bathroom, although clean, is old and outdated with the shower and shower curtain in the bath. Another huge challenge is the fact that there is no halaal restaurant or eatery within in the grounds. One has to drive out into town to get KFC , which is not always what we want. I think Caledon Spa will be great if there was a Nandos onsite. Nandos my preference, but any other halaal eatery will be appreciated, seeing that there are many Muslims checking in at Caledon all the time. Breakfast buffet is always a highlight
Still, my favorite place to go to for some R&R.

This hotel is busy getting like a dump, it is bad managed and need serious renovations. The carpets of the passages and rooms stink of cat urine, the room arrangements are never as booked, and the reception staff are not helpful. At least the spa and pools are well maintained and nice to use.

Great spot for relaxing from the busyness of life. To get away and forget your troubles of life have a massage, enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. It’s so calming and zen. You will enjoy the food and the views. Go experience for yourself and you regret it.

The Caloden is really a great place to go to get away to relax, with the beautiful view of the sun setting on the sea from your room every evening, the really great breakfasts, easy access to the beach and surrounding restaurants it's all anyone requires for a great getaway

The linen is clean and smelling fresh the rooms a4e and on point the air corn works perfectly. The staff is super friendly always ready to assist even go out of Thier way to help. The meals are prepared by top chefs and very tasty. The atmosphere is welcomong
